Each bracelet is made to order and fulfilled in the United States using an imported blank. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Tracking is provided after shipment.

Shipping

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after production. Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. addresses on the current $59 offer. California addresses are not currently available; final eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, an eligible replacement or refund will be arranged. Please do not mail anything back unless we ask you to.

Because each bracelet is made to order, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted, except where required by law.
