These Terms of Service apply to your use of the 1LuckDrop online store and to purchases made through our website. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store information
1LuckDrop is a cross-border online store operated from Shenyang, Liaoning, China. Customer support is available at support@1luckdrop.com.

Products and availability
We source products from approved suppliers and fulfillment partners. We aim to display the exact sellable quantity, design, materials, dimensions, color story, packaging, and care information accurately. Screen settings and ordinary production tolerances can affect how color or scale appears, but we do not authorize a supplier to substitute a materially different component, charm, material, color, or product without our approval.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable or we cannot supply the advertised product, we will not substitute a materially different item without your express agreement. We may cancel the affected item and provide a prompt refund instead. Product availability may change, and placing an item in the cart does not reserve inventory until the order is accepted.

Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, the shipping address is invalid, or there is an obvious pricing or product information error.

Prices and payments
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed by the store or market. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Shipping and customs
Orders may ship directly from supplier or fulfillment partner facilities. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, defective items, and missing items are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send items back without first contacting support@1luckdrop.com and receiving instructions.
