What is the necklace made of?
The pendant and chain are 316L stainless steel with a silver-tone finish.
What size is it?
The circle pendant measures 0.71 × 0.71 in (18 × 18 mm) and is 0.04 in thick. The chain is 18 in long and closes with a lobster clasp.
Can I personalize the engraving?
Not on this first release. Return to Yourself comes with our fixed lotus design permanently laser engraved on the front.
What does the lotus represent?
The lotus has long been associated with renewal and resilience. We offer it as a personal reminder to pause, return to what matters, and begin again in your own way—not as a promise of healing, protection, energy, or luck.
Where is the necklace made?
Each necklace is made to order and fulfilled in the United States using an imported blank. It is not marketed as Made in USA.
How long will my order take?
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes another 2–5 business days after production. Peak periods and remote destinations may take longer.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses shown at checkout. California addresses are not currently available. Standard U.S. shipping is free for the current $59 launch offer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We will email a tracking link when it becomes available. Carrier updates may not appear immediately after the shipping confirmation is created.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund. Please do not mail the item back unless we provide return instructions.
Can I return it because I changed my mind?
Because each necklace is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product details and shipping address before checkout.
How should I care for it?
Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and store the necklace separately when not in use. We do not advertise it as waterproof or tarnish-proof.
Is it intended for children?
No. This necklace is intended for adult use.
